Who is Rad Travels?

We are a group of travel enthusiasts and seasoned eCommerce professionals who source our favorite travel gear, accessories and gadgets through our website and social networks. We aim to help you have the most luxurious and smooth of travels!

How fast will my order be shipped?

While we strive for the fastest possible shipment time, our typical turnaround is 1-3 business days from payment.

When will my order be shipped?

Our products exist in multiple warehouses in the United States, Europe and Asia. As a result shipment time may vary depending on where your item(s) are stocked.

When can I expect delivery?

Our international warehouses work around the clock to process and ship orders and may vary. Typically items stocked within the USA are delivered in 2-3 weeks. Worldwide orders are generally delivered within 3-5 weeks.

What does shipping cost?

Rad Travels offers free insured worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 are charged $5.99 across the globe.

How do I track my order?

Each order placed will tracked automatically by our system to ensure the fastest delivery. If you did not receive a tracking number with your order through our system please reach out with your order number to info@radtravels.com and we'll get it your way as soon as possible.

Only one item from my order arrived. What gives?

If your order contained multiple different items, it's possible they may arrive one-by-one if stock is housed in different warehouses. Each item is shipped out as soon as possible, with any missing items on it's way soon after!

I want a refund. What is your policy?

Our detailed return policy is available here, but in short we strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and our team does their best to make every transaction an easy one. If your product is damaged, not as described or broken we refund 100% within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure a refund is started please take photos and/or video of the product with an explanation and your order number to info@radtravels.com and our team will help make things right.

Since some orders are shipped from warehouses internationally, customs, taxes, duties, and additional collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery if deemed necessary by the shipping provider or government customs agency.
